Production Manager (Sanitary Pad and Cotton Wool Factory )

- Location Kwara
- Job Field Engineering / Technical , Manufacturing
Requirements:

Must have a minimum of 8 years of technical experience which includes working in a Cotton Wool or Sanitary Pad Manufacturing Factory.

Job Description:
- Develop and implement production schedules to meet demand and delivery deadlines.
- Monitor production progress and adjust schedules as necessary to avoid delays.
- submit production reports daily/weekly/monthly
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of production staff, including machine operators
- Implement and enforce quality control standards in consonance with the Quality Department to ensure that cotton wool and sanitary pads meet regulatory and customer expectations.
- Address and resolve production issues or product defects promptly.
- Work closely with R&D to support product development and innovation.
- Execute CAPA wherever necessary.
