Product Monitoring & Control Manager at Century Industrial Fze

We are seeking an experienced Product Monitoring & Control Manager to oversee the quality, performance, and compliance of our products throughout the production and distribution process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring product consistency, regulatory compliance, and process optimization to maintain high-quality standards and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement product monitoring strategies to ensure compliance with company and industry standards.
• Oversee quality control and assurance processes at different stages of production and distribution.
• Monitor product performance metrics, identify deviations, and implement corrective actions.
• Work closely with production, quality assurance, and R&D teams to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with local and international regulatory requirements, safety standards, and certifications.
• Investigate product defects, consumer complaints, and process inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
• Supervise product testing, data collection, and analysis to enhance production and supply chain reliability.
• Implement risk assessment measures to identify and prevent product failures.
• Develop and maintain detailed reports on product quality, monitoring activities, and corrective actions.
• Train and guide teams on best practices for product monitoring, control, and compliance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree/HND in Quality Management, Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5-10 years of experience in product monitoring, quality control, or process management, preferably in an FMCG or manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of quality assurance principles, regulatory compliance, and industry standards (ISO, HACCP, GMP, etc.).
• Experience with data analysis, performance monitoring tools, and quality control software.
• Excellent problem-solving, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Strong ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and drive continuous improvement.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and ERP/quality management systems.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
