Product Marketing Manager at Blockops Network

You will work closely with our Business, Product, and Engineering teams to shape and execute impactful growth and engagement strategies.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive awareness, adoption, and engagement for our Web3 product features.
• Craft compelling messaging and positioning that highlights the unique value propositions of our offerings.
• Create and manage content across various platforms, including blogs, social media, newsletters, and community forums, to educate and engage users.
• Educate and onboard new users by simplifying complex Web3 concepts into digestible content and experiences.
• Collaborate with business, product, design, and engineering teams to ensure seamless marketing initiatives execution and alignment on user needs.
• Plan and execute growth initiatives,and community-driven campaigns.
• Drive community engagement through Discord, Twitter, Telegram, and other relevant platforms, fostering strong relationships with users and stakeholders.
• Analyze user behavior, campaign performance, and market trends to optimize marketing strategies and enhance user experience.
• Conduct competitive research and stay ahead of industry trends, ensuring our marketing remains innovative and effective.
• Coordinate PR efforts, media outreach, and partnerships to enhance brand visibility in the Web3 ecosystem.

Our Ideal Candidate Should Have:

• Proven experience in Web3 or blockchain marketing, preferably in a product-led startup
• Deep understanding of Web3 culture and emerging trends.
• Strong storytelling and content creation skills, with the ability to simplify technical concepts for a wider audience.
• Experience in community management, social media marketing, and growth hacking.
• Ability to develop and execute data-driven marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a proactive and creative mindset.
• Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Experience using analytics tools and performance metrics to measure campaign effectiveness.

Desirable Qualifications:

• Experience working with Web3-native tools like on-chain analytics, community engagement platforms, and decentralized social networks.
• Background in product marketing, growth marketing, or digital marketing within the Web3 space.
• A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is a plus but not required.
• Previous employment references or a portfolio of successful Web3 marketing campaigns.
