• We are seeking a creative and analytical Product Marketing Associate to join our team.
• In this role, you will help shape how Campus HQ’s office space solutions are positioned, promoted, and experienced by clients.
• You’ll work closely with the marketing, sales, and product teams to develop go-to-market strategies, communicate product value, and drive demand for our workspace offerings.

Principal Duties / Responsibilties
General Responsibilities:

• Support the marketing team in developing and executing product marketing strategies that communicate the value of Campus HQ’s workspace solutions.
• Assist in the creation of compelling messaging and positioning for new and existing products (office plans, workspace packages, and value-added services).
• Work cross-functionally with sales, design, and operations teams to ensure consistent brand and product communication.
• Support the planning and execution of product launches, marketing campaigns, and client engagement initiatives.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance, market trends, and customer insights to inform marketing decisions and product enhancements.

Product & Content Marketing:

• Create persuasive product materials including brochures, presentations, case studies, and digital content that highlight Campus HQ’s office solutions.
• Collaborate with internal teams to produce engaging product videos, customer testimonials, and social media content that showcases the benefits of Campus HQ spaces.
• Ensure all marketing content is on-brand, accurate, and optimized for search engines and user experience.
• Coordinate the production of visual and written assets for campaigns, events, and product showcases.
• Support the development of sales enablement tools that help sales teams effectively communicate product value to clients.

Market & Customer Insights:

• Conduct competitor analysis and research market opportunities within the flexible
• workspace industry.
• Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify trends and opportunities for improving the product experience.
• Work with analytics tools to track performance metrics, user behavior, and campaign ROI.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing, ideally within a B2B or real
• estate/workspace environment.
• Proven success in supporting marketing campaigns or product launches that contributed to business growth.

Skills and Competencies:

• Strong understanding of B2B marketing and customer journey mapping.
• Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate technical workspace features into customer benefits.
• Proficiency in creating and designing presentation decks (PowerPoint, Canva).
• Working knowledge of marketing tools such as Google Analytics, CRM systems (e.g., Zoho), and website builders (e.g., Wix).
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-drivenrecommendations.
• A creative thinker passionate about design, branding, and workspace innovation.

Salary
N400,000 – N450,000 / month.
