Product Manager, Learning & Development at Reddington Hospital

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and manage engaging learning programmes aligned with strategic learning needs.
• Manage the full lifecycle of learning products — from needs analysis, curriculum & content design, implementation, to evaluation.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and department leaders to deliver impactful learning experiences.
• Lead the rollout of signature initiatives such as the “Patient First” programme and other capacity-building projects.
• Leverage learning technology to enhance accessibility, engagement, and efficiency.
• Track performance metrics and produce analytical reports demonstrating impact and ROI.

Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Social Sciences, or a related field.
• 4–6 years of progressive experience in Learning & Development, preferably within healthcare or service-oriented organisations.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end training projects and developing engaging learning content.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and learning technologies (LMS, Articulate, Canva, etc.).
