    Product Manager

    Key Responsibilities

    • Defining the overall vision and strategy for a product, prioritizing features and maximizing its value to customers and the business implementing varied user feedback.
    • Developing product specifications and requirements
    • Creating and updating your product roadmap.
    • Market research and competitive analysis.
    • Collaborating with cross functional teams.
    • Understanding customer preferences and managing product lifecycle.
    • Cross-selling and up-selling
    • Leading new business pitches and onboarding new customers.
    • Product and service knowledge.
    • SLA management, lead generation, lead closure and customer relationship management.
    • Sales retention and objective handling
    • Customer mapping and penetration
    • Comprehensive understanding of ISP services and industry trend awareness.

    Educational Qualifications

    • BSc or HND in any discipline or
    • 5 - 7 years relevant (Sales) experience in ISP/Telecommunication

    Certifications / Trainings:

    • Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)
    • Certified Sales Professional (CSP) and Customer Service,
    • Sales Certified Specialist (CSSC) and Professional Certified Marketer (PCM).

    Technical knowledge:

    • Comprehensive Understanding of ISP services
    • Industry trend awareness
    • Cross-selling andUpselling
    • Lead New Business pitches and onboard new customers
    • Pipeline Management
    • Product and service knowledge
    • SLA management
    • Lead generation

    • MS Word and MS Excel
