    Legal Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Legal Assistant to provide administrative support to our legal team, assist with tasks such as document preparation, case management, and research
    • You will work closely with lawyers to ensure a smooth operation.

    Responsibilities

    • Prepare and review legal documents, such as contracts, agreements, and court filings.
    • Conduct research and provide support for legal cases.
    • Sustain a daily calendar of meetings and events.
    • Coordinate with lawyers, clients, and other stakeholders.
    • Assist scheduling and coordinating meetings and hearings.
    • Maintain and update legal databases and systems.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor's degree required in Law, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Must have 3-5 years of experience as a legal Assistant or in a similar role.
    • Strong knowledge of legal terminology, procedures, and best practices.
    • Advanced Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
    • Experience with legal software and systems 9E.G Westlaw, SharePoint).
    • Experience with document management and preparation (e.g., drafting, editing, proofreading)
    • Flexible hours as dictated by the needs of business for projects and meetings.
    • Familiarity with court filing procedures and deadlines.
    • Access to good internet and necessary skills for remote settings.

    Salary
    N500,000 per month.

    Procurement Officer

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a detail- oriented and organized procurement officer to manage procurement activities, maintain equipment, and ensure smooth operations.
    • The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, contracting, purchasing and inventory management, and as well ensure compliance with regulations.

    Responsibilities

    • Develop and implement procurement strategies and plans.
    • Manage tendering and bidding processes.
    • Negotiate contracts and agreements with suppliers.
    • Manage procurement budget and ensure cost savings.
    • Procure goods and services.
    • Maintain records and reports.

    Qualifications

    • HND / Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or a related field.
    • 2+ years of experience.
    • Strong analytical and negotiation skills.
    • Proficiency in MS Office
    • Good communication skills.
    • Experience with procurement software and systems (e.g SAP, Oracle)
