Job Overview

• The Design team strives to deliver world-class designs, whether it's an internal product or partner’s product, we take pride in our craft from research to launch.

Key Responsibilities

• Partnering with Product Managers to drive research pieces that uncover customer problems and define their needs.
• Analyzing how a new product ties in with market needs.
• Setting design requirements based on briefs from all projects.
• Using your Figma expertise to streamline workflows and create varied projects from wireframes to highly polished prototypes.
• Perform research on product technologies, structures, and relevant design techniques to help improve product UX.
• Conduct Proper Research before the Commencement of a Project.
• Adopt current design trends and market conditions.
• Coordinate with other designers, PMs, engineers, etc to foster collaboration and communication on projects.
• Modify and revise existing designs to meet customer expectations.
• Contribute to sprint planning, Product Journey Maps, and feature scoping sessions to help with an accurate estimation of resources and timelines.
• All other responsibilities that are relevant/related to getting your work done.

• Candidates should possess relevant qualifications with experience.
