    Product and Business Manager

    Job Summary

    • Our client is in the Transport and Logistic Business and currently located at Ikeja. Our client urgently requires the services of an experienced Product and Business Manager who ha a minimum of 7 years’ experience in product development. This person must have first degree in Computer Science. Possession of a Masters degree is an advantage. 
    • The Product and Business Manager will be responsible for overseeing the driver service company's product development, business operations, stakeholder collaboration, and brand management. The role involves coordination with third-party vendors, conducting market research, and ensuring the successful onboarding of drivers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Develop and maintain effective onboarding programs.
    • Drive collaboration and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders/partners.
    • Coordinate the selection process of third-party vendors and work with vendors to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
    • Conduct market research, and competitor analysis, and gather user feedback.
    • Work with third-party vendors to develop go-to-market strategies.
    • Define pricing, positioning, messaging, and promotional activities.
    • Oversee day-to-day business operations and Implement operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
    • Take overall responsibility for brand management and corporate identity and ensure brand consistency across all channels.
    • Provide insights, challenges, and recommendations for product improvement.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Project Management, Product Management, or a related field. A proven knack for managing IT projects will be an added ADVantage.
    • Proven experience in business and product management, with a track record of successfully driving product development and business growth.
    • Strong understanding of product management principles, methodologies, and best practices
    • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies and experience working in agile/scrum teams
    • Experience overseeing day-to-day business operations and implementing operational strategies to enhance efficiency.
