Drive compliance to the Bank’s Procurement Policy and Governance process for all Purchase Orders issued
Establish and drive standardization of purchases in the procurement process bank wide.
Proactively work with Category Management to implement the category related procurement activities for the financial year and periodically review the category spend.
Collaborate with Category Management on contract negotiations with suppliers to issue Purchase Orders for category related items/services to ensure best value with regards to pricing and quality.
Ensure that issuance of Purchase Orders is in accordance with internal controls, policies and procedures.
Provide guidance for Procurement Operations Officers.
Ensure proper Procurement Helpdesk Management.
Assigning FBDI requests logged via SLA to Team members.
Liaise with IT to provide resolutions on issues experienced with Purchase Orders issuance.
