    Primary Sales Representative

    Role Overview

    • We are seeking a high-performing and target-driven Primary Sales Representative to drive primary sales growth, manage distributor operations, and ensure strong route-to-market execution across assigned territories.
    • The ideal candidate must have hands-on FMCG sales experience, strong distributor management capability, and the ability to drive volume growth while maintaining effective trade relationships.
    • This role requires extensive field presence and travel within the assigned state.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Drive primary sales growth through effective distributor management and route-to-market execution
    • Ensure adequate stock levels at distributor warehouses to prevent stockouts
    • Support distributors with stock depletion strategies and field execution
    • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets and KPIs consistently
    • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and pricing structures, providing actionable field insights
    • Prepare and submit accurate, timely sales and performance reports
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key trade partners
    • Ensure compliance with company policies, brand standards, and operational guidelines
    • Provide structured field feedback to support promotional planning and sales strategy.

    Qualifications & Requirements (Mandatory)

    • Minimum of HND or BSc in Marketing, Business Administration, or related discipline
    • 2 – 4 years proven experience in FMCG primary sales and distributor management
    • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
    • Strong negotiation, analytical, and reporting skills
    • Ability to independently manage distributors and multiple sales routes
    • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
    • Willingness to travel extensively within assigned state
    • Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence trade partners.

    Salary
    N120,000 (Gross) + Performance-Based Incentives.
