Job Description

• We are seeking proactive and result-driven credit support officer/portfolio managerto join our team.

Job Responsibilities

• Identify, assess, and recruit potential loan clients within the assigned area.
• Process loan applications, conduct credit appraisals, and recommend approvals based on risk assessment.
• Monitor loan disbursement and ensure timely repayment by clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to foster trust and encourage repeat business.
• Conduct loan recovery activities and follow up on overdue payments.
• Maintain accurate records of loan transactions and client interactions.
• Provide financial education and advisory services to clients.
• Ensure compliance with the institution’s credit policies and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications & Experience

• SSCE / NCE / OND / HND / BSc
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
• Willingness to travel within Ogun and Oyo States as needed.
