The Position

The role of an office manager/owner at Arnage is a high-level managerial challenge. Under our brand, you will build your own company and collaborate with offices worldwide to serve major clients. Your primary responsibilities include:

• Structuring your city into logical sales areas and recruiting franchisees for each area across various commercial real estate professions.
• Ensuring well-functioning franchisees occupy all available professions.
• Managing your city's marketing efforts.
• Overseeing the operation of your main office in the CBD area, where many franchisees will rent office space from you.
• Coaching franchisees to excel in client acquisition and maintain effective organizational structures.
• Complying with local franchise laws and potentially translating English materials into any relevant local language.

Your Background

• We are looking for candidates with proven experience in local commercial real estate offices, preferably from our industry peers. However, if you can demonstrate the right educational and sales background, entrepreneurial spirit, and determination, we are open to considering candidates with less industry experience.
