Policy & Advocacy at Lagos Food Bank Initiative

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum of 7-10years post NYSC experience
• Ability to lead, motivate, train and support team
• Prior experience in the NGO sector is an added advantage
• Having a professional certification is a plus
• Previous supervisory/management experience
• Must posses excellent public speaking skills and experience
• Must be self-driven and able to work with zero supervision.
• Flexible approach to working hours as some weekends and evening work will be required to fulfil role obligation.
• Must be passionate about tackling hunger, deprivation and poverty.
• Must be able to numerate and interpret statistical data.
• Must have knowledge of poverty and hunger issues and be supportive of the organization’s mission.
