Job Description:

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and creative Pharmacist (Product & Branding) to join our Business Development team. This role combines pharmaceutical knowledge with brand strategy, helping us position our products in a way that is both scientifically accurate and market-friendly.

The ideal candidate will:

• Be the go-to expert on our products — from ingredients to benefits to positioning.
• Translate technical information into simple, compelling messages for marketing, packaging, and promotions.
• Work closely with the branding and digital team to shape how our products are presented to customers and health professionals.
• Support product launches, campaigns, and training materials with science-backed insights.
• Help name new products and contribute to packaging concepts that stand out
• Review all product-related content to ensure it’s accurate, clear, and meets regulatory standards.
• Monitor market trends and competitor products to suggest improvements or branding tweaks.
• Represent the brand at events like exhibitions and medical programs when needed.

Requirements:

• Bachelor of Pharmacy
• 3–5 years’ experience in product management, branding, medical marketing, in pharmaceutical space
• Strong understanding of drug mechanisms, formulations, and market dynamics.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Creative mindset with a keen eye for brand presentation, packaging, and messaging.
• Ability to collaborate across departments 

Familiarity with regulatory guidelines (NAFDAC, PCN, SON etc.) as they relate to promotional materials
