Job Summary

• We seek to hire a skilled and professional driver to serve as a Personal Chauffeur.

Key Responsibilities

• Safely transport to various destinations, including meetings, events, and appointments, while adhering to all traffic laws and safety regulations;
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle, ensuring it is regularly serviced and in good working condition;
• Coordinate travel logistics, including routes, timing, and scheduling, making sure to maximise productivity;
• Offer assistance as required, such as handling luggage, running errands, and supporting daily activities;
• Maintain confidentiality and discretion at all times, respecting privacy and handling sensitive information with professionalism and integrity;
• Act as a representative of the company, exhibiting professionalism, courtesy, and excellent customer service when interacting with clients, partners, and other stakeholders;
• Maintain knowledge of the company's products, services, and industry trends to efficiently represent the company's interests;
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure seamless coordination and execution of transportation;
• Perform other duties as assigned to support and contribute to the organisation's overall success.

Qualifications and Experience

• Valid driver's licence with a clean driving record.
• Proven experience as a professional driver, preferably in a corporate or executive setting.
• Excellent driving skills and knowledge of local traffic laws and routes.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications or training in driving or customer service are desirable.

Competencies/ Skills

• Basic understanding of vehicle maintenance and troubleshooting, including checking fluid levels, and tyre pressure, and performing routine inspections;
• Proficiency in driving various types of vehicles, including luxury cars or executive vehicles, with a focus on safety, smoothness, and precision;
• Ability to anticipate and react to potential hazards on the road, prioritise safety, and maintain a defensive driving posture;
• Strong knowledge of local roads, highways, and traffic patterns to plan efficient routes and avoid congestion or delays;
• Demonstrated professionalism and high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information or conversations that may occur during travel;
• Basic knowledge of first aid and CPR techniques in case of emergencies while on the road;
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels, as well as to navigate effectively using GPS or other navigation tools;
• Flexibility to adapt to changes in schedule, travel plans, or unexpected situations, and the ability to remain calm and composed under pressure;
• Effective time management skills to ensure punctuality and on-time arrivals;
• Knowledge of proper etiquette and protocol, including how to open doors, assist passengers with luggage and interact respectfully with clients or guests.
