Personal Assistant to the Plant Manager at BP Business Solutions

Job Purpose:
To provide administrative support to the Plant Manager.

Responsibilities:

• Manage schedules and organise meetings and appointments of the Plant Manager
• Attend to visitors who are meeting with the Plant Manager
• Answer calls and liaise with clients in a professional manner.
• Manage the Plant's courier services, including receiving and dispatching documents for the Plant Manager's office.
• Receiving and dispatching of documents on behalf of the Plant Manager’s office
• Handling of all courier services for the Plant
• Raising of CAPEX for further processing and documentations
• Scheduling Schedule meetings, take minutes taking and record updates
• Overseeing the updating process of production data from Production office to Plant Manager

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) in Marketing, Secretarial studies, Business Administration or any science related course
• Minimum 3-7 years experience in related industry
• Exceptional writing and oral communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Words & Excel
• Excellent Interpersonal relationship skills
