    Personal Assistant to the CEO

    Job Summary

    • We’re seeking an intelligent, presentable, and highly organized Personal Assistant to support our CEO. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, confidential, and high-performing environment.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Manage CEO’s calendar, appointments, and travel plans
    • Handle confidential documentation and communications
    • Follow up on tasks, meetings, and deliverables
    • Assist with project coordination and admin tasks
    • Support CEO in personal and professional errands

    Requirements

    • Interested candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree with 2–3 years prior experience as an Executive or Personal Assistant
    • Strong emotional intelligence, tact, and discretion
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace
    • Social media savvy is a plus
    • Extremely organized, punctual, and proactive
    • Lives within or around Abraham Adesanya for accessibility.
