    Front Desk Representative

    Summary

    • We’re looking for a vibrant, confident, and intelligent Front Desk Representative to work with us at our real estate marketing firm.
    • You’ll manage front-desk operations, handle client inquiries, and ensure a professional and warm reception for every visitor.

    Responsibilities

    • Greet and attend to walk-in clients and guests
    • Manage calls, emails, and front desk documentation

    Personal Assistant to the CEO

    Job Summary
