Job Description

• We are seeking a Performance Marketing Specialist who job will be todriveuser acquisition and revenue growth by managing paid digital campaigns, analyzing real-time data, and optimizing ad spend to maximize return on investment (ROI).
• They focus strictly on measurable metrics like customer acquisition cost (CAC) and return on ad spend (ROAS)

Key Responsibilities

• Campaign Management: Plan, launch, and scale paid ads across channels like Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Budget Allocation: Distribute and monitor media budgets efficiently to lower acquisition costs.
• Data & Testing: Run A/B tests on ad creatives, copy, and landing pages to improve conversion rates.
• Analytics & Tracking: Use tools like Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to monitor funnels and attribution.
• Reporting: Build performance dashboards and present actionable insights to stakeholders.

Core Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Economics, Statistics, Business, or a related field
• Experience: 2 to 5 years of hands-on digital or paid media marketing experience.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in major ad managers, Excel/Google Sheets, and web analytics tools.
• Analytical Mindset: Strong grasp of metrics like CPA, ROAS, CTR, and conversion rates.
