The Performance and Learning Specialist designs, develops, implements, monitors, and measures performance within the company.
Qualifications
B.Sc. Degree in a relevant field from a reputable University (Minimum of a 2.2)
#7 years of Cognate experience, 4 of which should be in People Development.
Knowledge & Skills:
Excellent communication and counseling skills with demonstrated ability to share knowledge
Strong time management, interpersonal, and communication skills
A practical, logical, and systematic approach
Should be detail-oriented with strong analytical skills
Knowledge of Oracle is an advantage
Current knowledge of effective learning and development methods
Familiarity with e-learning platforms and practices
Experience in project management and budgeting
Knowledge of People management and vendor management
Knowledge and Interest in the use of digital and social media to drive forward learning and engagement opportunities.
Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS)
Excellent communication and negotiation skills; sharp business acumen
