    People & Rewards Manager

    • The People & RewarcE Manager is responsible for designing, implernenting and managing the cornpanfs rewards and benefits strategy to attract. retain. and motivate employees while ensuring compliance with reguhtory requitements.
    • In addition to leading the rewards function, the role requites brt_X1d expertise across aspects Of human resources (HR). including talent management. erng*oyee relations, learning and developrnent. and organizational development

    Key Responqbillties

    • (helop and implement a competitive compensation and benefits strategy in line with business objectives
    • Conduct bench marking and salary surveys to ensure pay structures remain cot-npetitive.
    • Oversee the administration of salaries, bonuses, incentives. pensions. medical benefits. and other rewards p rograms.
    • Manage the companfs performance-based rewards system and ensure alignrnent with key performance indicators (KPIS).
    • Ensure cornpliance with tax laws, Labour laws. and reguhtory requirements related to cornpensation and efits.
    • Lead annual salary reviews and job grading exercises to ensure internal equity and external competitiveness.
    • Partner With finance and leadership on workforce cost planning and forecasting.
    • Drive people-related initiatives that support the company's strategic objectives.
    • Support change rnanagement initiatives to improve workplace culture, employee en*lgement,
    • Collaborate with business leaders to enhance organizational effectiveness and workforce planning.
    • Support the design and execution Of talent deveopment programs, including succession planning and leadership development
    • Lead the performance process, ensuring setting, perforrncY1ce and feedback mechanisms drive business perforrnance.
    • Work with managers to identify skills gaps and impiernent targeted trmnmg programs.
    • Support leadership development programs to strengthen rnanagement capabilities
    • Oversee learning initiatives that drive professional growth and career progression.
    • Guide Labour laws. industrial relations, and workplace policies.
    • Drive HR process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and employee experience.

    Reporting Line

    • The people & Rewards Manager Will repott to the people & Organizatmal Excellence

    Qualification

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration. Economics. Social Sciences, or any related field.
    • Professional HR certification (e.g., CIPM, SHRM, HRCI, or equivalent) is highly desirable.
    • 7 years of progressive HR experience. with at least 3 years in a rewards compensation-focused role.
    • Strong exgkri81ce in people Strategy, workforce planning, and HR operations.
    • Previous experience in the Manufacturing or FMCG industry is an added advantage.

    Required Skills Competencies

    • Strong expertise in total rewards mcmagement (compensation, benefits. incentives, and salary benchmarking).
    • Strategic HR leadership With broad knowledge Of talent management. employee relations, learning & development. and performance management.
    • Strong data-driven decision•making skills to analyze HR metrics, salary trends. and •M)rkfotce productivity.
    • Business acumen — ability to align people strategy with company goals.
    • Change marnagement and stakeholder engagernent skills.
    • Proficiency in HR systems, data analytics. and payroll administration.
    • Excellent communication. problem•solving, and leadership skills.
