People Operations Manager at Fadac Resources

Job Responsibilities

• The People Operations Manager will oversee key HR functions, ensuring smooth employee lifecycle management, policy implementation, compliance, and employee engagement.
• Oversee the entire employee lifecycle, including onboarding, orientation, training, and initial performance evaluations, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for employees and managers on People-related matters such as benefits, compensation, and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulatory requirements, including hiring practices, workplace health and safety, and equal opportunity policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures, ensuring alignment with best practices and business objectives.
• Maintain and update accurate personnel records, including employee data, benefits, and compensation details, ensuring confidentiality and compliance.
• Support performance management processes, including coaching, counseling, and disciplinary actions when necessary.
• Lead People-related initiatives, including employee engagement programs, team-building activities, and culture-enhancing initiatives to foster a positive workplace environment.

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Master’s Degree or HR certifications (CIPM) are an added advantage.
• Minimum of 5 – 7 years of experience in People Operations or a similar HR role.
• Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR policies, and compliance standards.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in HR software and data management tools.
