As a People Operations Associate, you'll be at the heart of our efforts to create a vibrant, fulfilling work environment.
You'll handle a range of HR functions, from recruitment to employee engagement and development.

Key Responsibilities:
Talent Acquisition : Own the recruitment process, from job posting to candidate screening and interviews.
Employee Onboarding : Help new hires integrate into the company culture and understand their roles and responsibilities.
HR Compliance : Ensure that company policies and practices comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Employee Relations : Serve as a point of contact for employee concerns, fostering a positive work environment.
Learning and Development : Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating learning opportunities for staff.
Performance Management : Support the performance review process, helping to identify areas for improvement and career development.
Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with the product, marketing, and support teams to share insights and drive customer-centric initiatives.
Who you are:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-3 years of experience in HR or People Operations role.
Familiarity with HR software and data analytics tools.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
A proactive mindset, able to work both in a team and independently.
