    People & Culture Specialist

    Job Description

    • We are seeking a versatile and resourceful Human Resource Specialist to join our team.
    • In this role, you will manage key HR functions, including talent acquisition, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance.
    • Your contributions will help cultivate a positive, engaged, and high-performing workforce aligned with our organizational goals.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Apply HR metrics and analytics to support data-driven decisions and continuous improvement.
    • Drive employee engagement strategies and foster a high-performance culture.
    • Manage employee relations with professionalism, empathy, and fairness.
    • Oversee end-to-end recruitment processes to ensure timely and value-aligned hires.
    • Support performance management cycles, including appraisals and goal tracking.
    • Coordinate learning and development initiatives to address skill gaps and support growth.
    • Ensure compliance with Nigerian labor laws and internal HR policies.
    • Accurately process payroll, benefits, and statutory deductions in line with organizational standards.
    • Maintain updated and confidential employee records using appropriate HR tools.
    • Communicate clearly and effectively with stakeholders across all levels.

    Qualifications and Skills

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources or Business Administration.
    • Professional HR certification (SHRM/Sphri/CIPD/ACIPM).
    • Minimum of 4 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably in the healthcare sector.

    Skills:

    • Strong knowledge of Nigerian labor laws and HR best practices.
    • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
    • Proficiency in any HR software and Microsoft Office Suite.
    • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
