We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented People and Culture Associate to join our dynamic team and contribute to the success of our organization.
Responsibilities:
Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
Conduct orientation sessions for new hires and facilitate the onboarding process.
Support employee relations by addressing queries, providing information, and assisting in conflict resolution.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate training programs and workshops to enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Monitor and track employee training progress.
Assist in managing employee benefits, including health insurance, leave, and other perks.
Address employee inquiries related to benefits.
Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
Implement and manage employee recognition programs to acknowledge and reward outstanding contributions.
Organize and coordinate team-building activities and events to strengthen team relationships.
Prepare high-quality reports and presentations.
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Humanities or Social Sciences.
Must have completed National Youth Service.
Minimum 18months experience as a Human Resource personnel.
Demonstrated working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience handling HR processes and issues related to benefits, recruiting and employee relations.
Strong organizational skills.
Experience identifying and resolving problems in a timely manner.
Experience presenting data and information in a concise, clear and meaningful manner to individuals and small groups.
Proven ability to recognize and maintain highest levels of confidentiality.
Ability to maintain poise and professionalism in all types of situations.
