    People and Culture/Admin Officer

    Key Requirements: 

    • Bachelor’s degree in bachelor\'s degree in human resources, Business Administration or related discipline. 
    • 2–4 years’ proven experience in HR, People & Culture, or administrative roles. 
    • Professional HR certification (CIPM, SHRM, CIPD) is an added advantage. 
    • Solid understanding of HR practices, labour laws, and compliance requirements. 
    • Experience in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, and general office administration. 
    • Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills. 

    Responsibilities: 

    • Support the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including posting vacancies, screening applications, scheduling interviews, and coordinating candidate communication. 
    • Assist with onboarding and orientation of new hires to ensure smooth integration. 
    • Maintain and update employee records, HR databases, and personnel files with confidentiality. 
    • Support performance management processes, learning initiatives, and employee engagement activities. 
    • Ensure compliance with labour laws, HR policies, and organizational guidelines. 
    • Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies, processes, and best practices. 
    • Provide day-to-day administrative support to ensure efficient office operations.
