As a Workshop Manager for Earthmoving Machinery, you will play a key role in an innovative and dynamic company. You will lead a dedicated team, optimize operations, and ensure our machines are always in top condition – all using your technical expertise and passion for machinery.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Team Coordination: You will manage a motivated team of 50–300 employee, Workshop Supervisors as well as technical staff across multiple workshops
Technical Expertise: You will handle maintenance, repairs, and inspections of earthmoving machines – from excavators to bulldozers
Process Optimization: You will develop and implement efficient workflows to enhance workshop performance
Customer Liaison: You will coordinate with customers, field service, and your team to deliver quick and accurate solutions
Safety & Quality Management: You will ensure the highest safety standards and maintain the quality of machines at all times

Job requirements
Bachelor’s in Mechanical/Automotive Engineering or similar; Master’s in Engineering or Industrial Management is a plus
5–10 years’ experience in heavy equipment, plant, or vehicle maintenance, including preventive and corrective work
Minimum 5 years in a leadership or management role
Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems
Proven ability to manage technical, operational, and financial responsibilities in complex fleet or construction environments
Clear, confident communication skills with both teams and customers
