Payment Management Team Lead

- Location Ogun

Location: Isheri Oke, Ogun

Working hours: 40hrs in 5 days, 9.30am-6.30pm（1 hour lunch break).

Job Description
- Responsible for the daily management and training of payment assistant.
- Manage and coordinate the daily work of team and lead the them to achieve performance goals.
- Communicate with teams in HQ and assist to solve problems arises in the daily operation in time.
- Various other assignment directed by the line manager.
Job Requirements
- Candidates should possess a B.Sc / HND qualification with 1 - 3 years work experience.
- Team management experience, Loan recovery experience is preferred.
- Proficient in office software operation, especially the use of Excel formulas.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skill, self-motivated and diligent work ,strong desire to success.
Salary
N50,000 - N100,000 / month.
