Partnership and Outreach Specialist at Conclase Consulting

Role Description

• This role is responsible for identifying and building strategic partnerships with organizations, educational institutions, and tech communities that align with Conclase’s services. Day-to-day activities include conducting outreach campaigns, scheduling and attending meetings, presenting Conclase’s offerings, and negotiating partnership terms to support tech recruiting, education, and startup initiatives. The specialist will maintain relationship pipelines, track partnership performance, and provide regular reports and insights to internal stakeholders. Additionally, the role involves collaborating with sales, marketing, and program teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership activities and events.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Partnerships and Strategic Partnerships to identify, develop, and manage mutually beneficial collaborations.
• Proficient Communication and Sales skills to conduct outreach, pitch services, and close partnership opportunities.
• Analytical Skills to assess partnership performance, interpret data, and provide recommendations for improvement.
• Experience in business development, community engagement, or outreach within the tech or education sectors is an asset.
• Ability to work on-site in Lagos, manage multiple stakeholders, and maintain organized records of partnership activities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Comfort with using digital tools (CRM systems, email platforms, presentation software) to support outreach and reporting.
