• We’re looking for a strategic and energetic Partnership and Fundraising Specialist to help grow our impact and sustain our mission.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a 3-year fundraising and resource mobilization strategy.
• Write winning grant proposals and pitch decks for local and international funders.
• Design and manage innovative fundraising campaigns (including crowdfunding).
• Build and maintain relationships with donors, partners, and sponsors.
• Organize fundraising events, donor appreciation activities, and awareness campaigns.
• Track fundraising performance and provide regular impact reports to leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree (Master’s is an advantage).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in fundraising, grants, and partnerships (preferably nonprofit).
• Proven success with donor engagement, grant writing, and crowdfunding.
• Strong communication, project management, and digital fundraising skills.
• Passionate about social impact and community empowerment.
