The Partner/Client Success role is responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with strategic partners and ensuring the long-term success and satisfaction of customers.
The role exists to drive revenue growth through effective partnership management of OEMs/channels and end users, to ensure customer satisfaction.
This position involves nurturing existing relationships, understanding customer needs, and coordinating with channels and internal teams to deliver value and achieve mutual business goals.
Responsibilities
Develop Business plan for OEM.
Implement a business plan to drive business growth.
Work closely with partners to monitor the progress of business plans.
Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns to prevent churn.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and to facilitate upselling and cross-selling.
Manage contract renewals and expansions, negotiating favorable terms for both parties.
Analyze customer and partner data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
Regularly communicate with clients to understand their needs and provide technical guidance.
Liaise with strategic partners, customers, and industry influencers.
Collaborate with other departments to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Professional certifications in Customer Success, Account Management, or Partnership Management.
3-5years of experience in partnership management, customer success, or account management roles
Experience in B2B sales, with a focus on technology or cybersecurity products.
Proven track record of managing strategic partnerships and driving revenue growth
Experience in client-facing roles, with a track record of managing client relationships and delivering high-quality service.
