Assist in surgical procedures, preparing operating rooms, sterilizing instruments, and ensuring that all necessary equipment is availableand functioning.
Work closely with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and surgical technicians to provide patient care before, during, and after surgery.
Monitor patient vital signs during surgery and assist in managing any immediate postoperative needs.
Maintain strict adherence to aseptic techniques and infection control standards.
Qualifications:
Registered Nurse with a current license, with additional certification in Operating Room Nursing (CNOR) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in an operating room environment.
Knowledge of surgical procedures, aseptic technique, and patient safety protocols.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining attention to detail.
