• Very good relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to advice and convince clients.
• Very good written, presentation and oral communication skills.
• Proven experience of working with minimum supervision

• Work with User departments to identify application areas on client sites and make appropriate proposal on the benefits and usage of our valves and services.
• Identify and recommend as most appropriate, technical assistance for key customers
• Prospect for and acquire new and financially viable high-volume customers
• Prepare and make effective product presentations to clients. In-depth understanding and hands-on application of valves.
• Ability to identify application areas on client sites and make appropriate proposal on the benefits and usage of our valves and services.

Machine Set-Up: Pre-job checks, calibrate tools according to drawings.

• Production: Study route card, load raw materials, start operations, and machine to produce parts within tolerances.
• Programming: Enter or edit machine program and make offset adjustments (geometry/wear).
• Quality Control: Conduct in-process inspection using precision measuring instruments and record outcome.
• Maintenance: Perform routine preventive maintenance (cleaning, fluid checks) and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
• Records: Maintain production logs and immediately report any issue to Plant Manager.
