Our client is a luxury 5-star hotel located in Kano, with over 18 years’ experience in the hospitality industry in Nigeria. They currently have an opening for a Oriental chef for their Chopsticks kitchen to be based in Kano State Nigeria.
As an Oriental Chef you are responsible to take care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned to meet the set standard and qualities whereby your role will include key responsibilities such as:
Education, Qualifications & Experiences
You should have a professional kitchen apprenticeship or chefs training course and previous experiences in the Oriental speciality cuisine along with good culinary skills. The ability to communicate well in English and a proven track of food preparation, presentation and preservation knowledge is essential.
