    Ophthalmic Nurse

    Our client, a hospital requires the services of an Ophthalmic Nurse to join the team.

    Job Description

    • Assist the team during surgical operations.
    • Carry out patient assessments before and after eye surgery.
    • Instruct patients how to properly care for eye injuries or disorders.
    • Collect patient medical history.
    • Conduct vision tests.
    • Administer medications.

    Requirements

    • Must be duly registered with the board and have a current practicing license.
    • Qualification in ophthalmic nursing is an added advantage.
    • Minimum of 2 years’ experience.
    • Must be a Registered Nurse.
    • Must have theatre experience.

    N.B- Candidates should reside within Victoria Island and its axis.
