Operations Supervisor at Lagos Food Bank Initiative

The Role:

We’re seeking an organized and proactive HR & Performance Operations Supervisor to:

• Drive performance management across all departments.
• Develop and oversee role-specific onboarding and handover processes.
• Standardize and improve departmental processes to ensure clarity, efficiency, and accountability.

You’ll work closely with management, department leads, and staff to make sure every team member understands their role, has the tools to succeed, and can seamlessly transition responsibilities when needed.

What You’ll Do:

• Create and maintain structured onboarding programs for each role.
• Ensure smooth handovers for staff transitions.
• Track and support performance metrics for all roles.
• Document, streamline, and improve departmental workflows.
• Facilitate training and provide support to team for role-specific skills.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent Management (nonprofit experience a plus).
• Strong skills in process mapping, documentation, and continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and communicate effectively across teams.
• Passion for developing people and optimizing operational performance.
