Operations & Property Manager at Elevate Motion Studio

Role Overview

I’m hiring a reliable, detail-driven on-ground manager to oversee the daily operations of short-let apartments. This role combines property operations, guest coordination, and quality control, including ensuring apartments are cleaned and fully prepared for guests.

This is a hands-on position. If you’re looking for a purely supervisory role where other people do the work — don’t apply.

Key Responsibilities

• Ensure apartments are cleaned to hotel-level standards after each guest stay
• Prepare apartments for check-in (cleaning, restocking, inspections)
• Coordinate guest check-ins and check-outs
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest inquiries and issues
• Conduct regular property inspections and report problems immediately
• Coordinate laundry, basic maintenance, and minor repairs
• Enforce house rules and protect the property
• Act as the on-ground representative for the short-let business

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

• Must live close to the property location
• Prior experience in short-let management, hospitality, housekeeping, or property operations
• Strong attention to detail — “average clean” is not acceptable
• Highly reliable, punctual, and organized
• Smartphone with consistent internet access
• Able to work independently without supervision
• Professional communication skills
• High level of honesty and accountability

Preferred (Not Required)

• Airbnb or short-let platform experience
• Customer service or hospitality background
• Basic maintenance or handyman skills
