    Operations Manager

    JOB DESCRIPTION

    • Oversee daily operations across departments to ensure efficiency, quality, and productivity.
    • Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and best practices.
    • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and analyze data to identify areas for improvement.
    • Manage budgets, allocate resources, and ensure cost-effective operations.
    • Lead and support cross-functional teams to meet company goals and project deadlines.
    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies.
    • Communicate with senior management to align operations with strategic business objectives.

    REQUIREMENTS
