We are seeking to hire a young passionate and intelligent Operations Intern to join the Operations Team at NoemDek.

Responsibilities
Source materials and services needed for operations.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers.
Evaluate supplier pricing, quality, and timeliness of delivery.
Negotiate with suppliers for the best prices and terms.
Track and monitor supplier performance.
Prepare and submit purchase orders to suppliers.
Coordinate the delivery of materials and services to the appropriate location.
Conduct market research to identify new potential clients and competitors
Help prepare bid proposals and tenders, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Analyze and interpret data to support bidding decisions
Assist in creating presentations and reports for clients
Liaise with internal teams to gather necessary information for bid proposals
Support the bidding team in other tasks as required
Requirements
A Bachelor's Degree or HND in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Supply Chain Management or a related field
0-1 year of experience in bidding and sourcing activities.
Excellent analytical and research skills
Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
