Job Summary:

The Operations Associate/Supervisor ensures the smooth and efficient running of day-to-day restaurant operations, focusing on excellent customer service, quality food preparation, and effective team management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operational Excellence: Manage daily restaurant operations, including opening/closing, food preparation, quality control, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness standards.
• Team Leadership & Development: Supervise and support team members, assist with training, provide performance feedback, and manage shift schedules.
• Customer Satisfaction: Deliver exceptional customer service, handle inquiries and complaints, and create a positive dining experience.
• Inventory & Financial Management: Control inventory levels, minimize waste, handle cash transactions, and ensure accurate POS operation and cash reconciliation.
• Compliance & Safety: Enforce health, safety, and company policies to ensure a safe and compliant environment.

Qualifications and Experience

• 2 years of experience in a fast-food restaurant.
• Understanding of fast-food operations.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Organizational and time-management skills.
• Teamwork and basic computer/POS skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
