    Operations Assistant-Abuja

    Mission Objective 

    • Clinical services operations department is responsible for the smooth running of the clinics, by providing support to the medical team to ensure the delivery of quality healthcare.
    • The operations assistant manages appointment schedules for both the patient and doctor ensuring that patient wait times are kept at the minimum.
    • They also provide information about the services and products of the Clinics when visitors make an enquiries as well as handling patient billing.

    Duties and Responsibilities
    Purpose:    

    • Prepare monthly standard accounting submissions to the Management, for review by the Financial Controller, including general ledger files, account reconciliations, as well as other financial information in a timely and accurate manner
    • Gathering and validating supporting documents for payments Assist in preparing month end schedules Prepare bank reconciliations for all bank accounts including Flutter-wave collections Transaction postings/bookkeeping (payments, receipts, expenses, accruals, etc.)
    • Management of Petty cash and Cash advance retirement Support in tracking revenue and record/reconcile in correct categories Tracking organization expenses Processing refunds Enter all relevant data into accounting software.

    Engagement:

    Delivery:

    Targeted Specialized Knowledge

    • Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Office Management & Technology, Public Administration, Secretarial Studies, or any management-related field.
    • Minimum of one year experience handling roles as a Personal Assistant, Front Desk Executive, and Customer Service in any reputable company.
