Operation Officer at Zeedlabs System Limited

Key Responsibilities

• Support the setup and management of operational systems that guide Zouse’s real estate and digital platform activities.
• Maintain accurate documentation from property records and partnerships to internal reports and compliance files.
• Conduct market and feasibility research to guide product development, pricing, and go-to-market strategy.
• Collaborate with the tech team to align real estate operations with the Zouse app.
• Assist in developing partnerships with agents, developers, and service providers to grow the Zouse ecosystem.
• Contribute to revenue strategy, identifying new business models, and services
• Conduct regular property inspections and ensure compliance with standards and regulations.

Requirements

• BSc or HND in Estate Management, Business Administration or a related discipline.
• 2–3 years of relevant work experience in real estate operations, property management, or a similar field.
• Strong documentation, research, and organizational skills.
• Understanding of real estate principles and how they intersect with technology.
• Interest or experience in startup operations and digital platforms.
• Excellent communication, reporting, and teamwork skills.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace, Excel, or project management tools.
