Job Description

• Establish a solid relationship with various customers, MBFIs, Banks, 3rd party partners,groups/associations, etc.
• Develop bespoke products tailored to meet the needs of various customers and partners.
• Manage and develop client’s portfolio.
• Conduct market research and customer analysis to ensure superior and compelling customer value propositions.
• Acquisition of new customers and partners, within the financial services space.
• Assist in the design of new products tailored to meet the needs of customers.
• Responsible for the achievement of the FI Partners team revenue targets.
• Support the implementation of a strategic marketing plan to ensure proper go-to-market strategy implementation to drive commercial success.
• Develop and maintain a robust reporting framework to analyze the performance of the business and recommend improvement.
• Launch a retention/incentive program to increase customer loyalty.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience years in sales.
• Hands-on experience in managing sales and marketing operations.
• Capacity to drive projects with partners.
