    Credit Control Support Officer

    Job Description

    • Settlement of all accounts receivable/payables as per agreed terms of settlement.
    • Negotiating Broker’s payment plans, by evaluating and approving or denying them based on regulatory guidelines.
    • Ensure timely and accurate invoicing for brokers and implement charges for overdue invoices, adhering to established policies Broker’s reconciliation and monthly delivery of statement to brokers.
    • Maintain meticulous records of account statements, ensuring compliance with audit standards and statutory requirements.
    • Generate and provide receipts to brokers, confirming the completion of financial transactions.
    • Prepare comprehensive monthly cash, receivable/payable, and other account reconciliations, along with the relevant journal entries.
    • Offer professional and timely services to both internal and external stakeholders, fostering positive relationships and contributing to overall organizational success.

    Job Requirements

    • Minimum of B.Sc./HND in Accounting or any related fields. 
    • Minimum of 1 - 2 years of experience in a similar role.
    • Possess knowledge of general accounting principles and workings of the banking systems
    • Analytical skills and the ability to understand and interpret data and processes.

    Accounting and Reporting Expert

    Job Description

    • Set up efficient and compliant workflows to guarantee high quality for the transactions and processes within accounting.
    • Reporting for internal and external audiences.
    • Perform analysis and review ledgers of financial statements. 
    • Preparation of monthly/quarterly and year end closing reports.
    • Updating and maintaining accounting journals, ledgers and other records detailing financial business transactions. 
    • Responsible for the production of statutory and regulatory reports.
    • Responsible for the review of accounts reconciliations.
    • Ensure inventory and accounting review work of accounts related to technical accounting.
    • Evaluate and allocate premium provisions, claims payable provisions and other technical provisions in accordance with local regulations. 
    • Close collaboration with the regional team.

    Job Requirements

    • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or any related field. 
    • Certification in ICAN or ACCA is an added advantage. 
    • Work experience in an insurance company is an added advantage. 
    • Experience in GL accounting, GAAP and SAP F1 accounting systems.  
    • Good knowledge of local accounting rules including Taxes.
    • Strong analytical, communication and influence skills.

    Sales Enabling Support

    Job Description

    • Responsible for providing administrative support to the various business development teams.
    • Assisting with new client implementation, providing support to maximize sales performance, 
    • Manage all inventory issues and escalate appropriately to responsible team(s) / individual (s).
    • Provide admin support for the preparation and application of corporate bids.
