Job Overview

We are hiring Onboarding Managers to oversee the smooth integration of new clients, partners, and employees. The ideal candidates will have strong people management skills and an excellent understanding of onboarding processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute onboarding strategies.
- Manage onboarding processes for employees, clients, or vendors.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry standards.
- Track and report onboarding progress and feedback.
- Work closely with operations teams for seamless onboarding experiences.
Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an onboarding or HR role.
- Strong communication and process management skills.
- Ability to work with multiple stakeholders efficiently.
- Experience in ride-hailing, logistics, or service-based industries is an advantage.
