    Onboarding Manager (HR)

    Role Overview

    • We are looking for a proactive Onboarding Manager to lead our cleaner onboarding program. This role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process, from recruitment and platform training to account provisioning and background verification. The ideal candidate will ensure a seamless integration of new cleaners into our operations, enhancing their readiness and compliance with Limpiar’s standards.

    Key Responsibilities

    Onboarding Program Management:

    • Develop and implement onboarding procedures for new cleaners.
    • Coordinate and conduct training sessions on Limpiar’s platform, ensuring all functionalities are clearly understood.
    • Provision accounts and ensure all necessary tools and accesses are granted.
    • Oversee the background check process for all new hires to maintain safety and compliance standards.

    CRM Management:

    • Utilize company CRMs to manage cleaner data, track training progress, and maintain accurate records of all onboarding activities.
    • Ensure data integrity and confidentiality in handling all cleaner information.

    Interdepartmental Communication:

    • Serve as the primary contact between new cleaners and other departments, ensuring a smooth transition and clear communication.
    • Report onboarding progress and challenges to senior management to ensure continuous program improvement.

    Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
    • Minimum of 3 years of experience in onboarding, training, or a related HR function.
    • Proficiency in CRM tools and strong technical aptitude to learn new software quickly.
    • Excellent communication and coordination skills, capable of working with diverse teams.
    • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.

    Preferred Skills

    • Experience in the cleaning services or facility management industry.
    • Familiarity with background check processes and legal compliance requirements.
    • Experience working remotely and managing remote teams.
    • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing environments.
