    Officer: Distribution Partnership

    Job Function:

    • This role involves the management and growth of distribution services across the country in an asset light model. It is also to expand, enhance partners engagement and ensure service-level alignment to drive operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.

    Key Accountabilities:

    Team Performance and Support

    • Monitor team performances and provide feedback for improvements.
    • Identify resources, perform workload assignments, and provide assistances when required.
    • End to end trip status settlement in collaboration with accounting team for prompt payment process and accurate cost recognition.
    • Involve in PIP reviews and execution for projects and operational use.

    Training Schedule

    • Schedule and Conduct trainings for team members as needed.

    Process and Procedures Drive

    • Follow and enforce company policies and procedures especially to pharma clients.

    Response to Queries

    • Address customer queries and ensure customer satisfaction.

    Quality

    • Plan and schedule deliveries to meet customer needs.
    • Maintain and improve the process to enhance customers satisfaction.
    • Develop cost reduction initiatives while maintaining productivity and quality.

    Budget and Expense Monitoring

    • Understands distribution budgets and manage expenses within the budgets.
    • Perform cost negotiations with vendors and provide appropriate solutions for bulk distributions.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s degree/ HND in Business Administration or a related field.

    Skills and Experience:

    • At least 1-3 years’ experience in similar field.
    • Customer Service / Experience Management.
    • Supply Chain Management.
