Office Assistant at TruPurpose Job Shop Limited

Responsibilities

• Greet & welcome gym members
• Answer phone calls, & attend to customer inquiries
• Register new members & keep member files updated
• Process payments & ensure accuracy of billing & invoicing
• Provide information on the gym's services, promotions, & other related queries
• Maintain a clean & organized front desk area
• Provide general administrative support to the gym management & staff.

Requirements

• OND / NCE qualification
• 1 - 2 years work experience.
• Female
• 20 - 25 years old
• Previous work experience in a similar role is preferred
• Good interpersonal, verbal & written communication skills
• Experience in customer service is an advantage
• Must reside around Bodija

Remuneration
N30,000 Monthly or more (depending on work experience level).
