    Office Assistant

    Job Summary

    • We are seeking a reliable and organized Office Assistant to join our team in Ikeja.
    • The ideal candidate will provide administrative support, ensure smooth day‑to‑day office operations, and assist management and staff with routine tasks.

    Responsibilities

    • Handle clerical duties such as filing, typing, and record keeping.
    • Assist with scheduling, correspondence, and office communications.
    • Support staff with daily administrative needs and errands.
    • Maintain a clean and organized office environment.

    Requirements

    • Minimum of SSCE/OND qualification.
    • Good communication and organizational skills.
    • Basic computer knowledge (MS Word, Email).
    • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
